The pictures of the plates should give you a reference point of the colour of the plate. The left picture is taken with natural daylight, the right picture with the help of a light table. Colour deviations from the image to the original cannot be avoided. There are too many factors for this, like monitor settings, graphic card, compression of the image, ....
